Alter Group OÜ is a company based on 100% Estonian capital. It began active operations in early spring 1997, focusing on the retail and wholesale sale of electrical materials.
Since 2003, driven by the owners’ great passion for sailing, the company has also been active in the marine technology and small boat market. Initially, the company dealt only with the sale of marine electronics, but soon its product range expanded to include motorboats and other marine equipment.
Our journey through the years
Alter Baltics OÜ is a family-owned company run by brothers Roland and Margus Silluta — both passionate sailing and boating enthusiasts.
Because of this, we are dedicated to the marine sector and keep ourselves up to date with the rapid changes in the industry. We regularly participate in dealer meetings and major international boat shows and, most importantly, visit our customers across the Baltics — including boat dealers and fishing tackle stores — to understand market trends and needs.
Et toetada ettevõtte kasvamist ja arengut, asutasime 2010. aastal tütarettevõtte Alter Baltics OÜ, mis võttis üle põhitegevuse. Meie mereosakond tegutseb Baltikumis alates 2004. aastast ning esindab kahte tuntud Prantsuse brändi: Beneteau (Eestis ja Lätis) ning Z-Nautic (Eestis, Lätis ja Leedus).
To support the company’s growth and development, we established the subsidiary Alter Baltics OÜ in 2010, which took over the main business operations.
Our marine division has been operating in the Baltics since 2004 and represents two well-known French brands: Beneteau in Estonia and Latvia, and Z-Nautic in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
We actively support important sailing events in Estonia, such as the Muhu Väin Regatta and the ORC World Championship.
In addition, we regularly participate in international boat shows, where we always welcome our customers to explore Beneteau motorboats, sailing yachts and Excess catamarans.
Our office and warehouse are located in Harju County, near Tallinn.
We offer our customers a wide range of services, including the sale of boats and engines, accessories and safety equipment, installation of additional equipment and PDC systems, winter storage, and much more.
We also organise test-drive days for watercraft using our demo boats. In addition to our head office in Tallinn, we also have a showroom in Riga and plan to open a branch in Lithuania this year.
2023. our turnover reached €11.5 million, showing a growth trend compared to the previous year.
The marine division accounts for approximately 60% of total turnover.
In 2025: Alter Baltics OÜ’s new showroom, office and warehouse facility was opened on Ämma Road.
In 2008: Alter Baltics OÜ opened its showroom, office and warehouse facility on Gaasi Street.
2008. we opened a new office and warehouse building on Gaasi Street in Tallinn, including seminar facilities and a product showroom.
This enabled us to provide our customers with even more professional service and a better opportunity to explore our product range.
Over the years, we have also:

✔ Held ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management certificates since January 2015

✔ Worked closely with boating and fishing magazines, sharing knowledge and test results
