Oceanis 8th generation: luxury that has just come one step closer
Beneteau will already present two new Oceanis series sailing yachts at this year’s Cannes Boat Show in September, offering even more value, quality, and sailing comfort than before. These new models are not simply larger versions of the existing 46.1 or 51.1 yachts – they are a separate solution that brings Beneteau’s renowned quality into a more accessible price range. The same carefully thought-out deck and interior layout, excellent handling, and spaciousness, but all with a significantly more affordable price tag.
Compared not only with previous Oceanis models but also with other boats in the same class, Beneteau’s new sailboats are notably better priced. More value, more space, and more equipment – for a smaller budget. If you dream of a new yacht that suits both weekend trips and longer cruises, then it is definitely worth taking a closer look at these newcomers in Cannes this autumn. Beneteau once again proves that a good sailboat does not have to cost a fortune.

NEW! Oceanis 47
Naval architect: Roberto Biscontini
Interior design: Nauta Design
Deck design: Nauta Design
Exterior design
Oceanis 47 is designed for comfortable and stylish sailing. With strong hull lines, well-proportioned volumes, and thoughtful design, this yacht has a modern and sporty look. Every square meter of the deck has been used for maximum comfort and safety – movement is easy, and the relaxation areas are spacious and inviting.
The characteristic hull chine adds dynamism to the appearance, and the wide beam extends all the way to the stern, allowing for a spacious and functional cockpit – a true open-air lounge. The L-shaped cockpit is roomy and easy to move through, with comfortable seating areas – a great place for socializing on the water. The two central cockpit tables are multifunctional: they can be easily raised and folded away or turned into one large sunbathing area. A three-in-one solution that works equally well for dining and relaxing.
The enclosed cockpit version offers calm and safe sailing – especially when at sea with family. In the stern, there are smart storage spaces that can be converted into an outdoor kitchen with a plancha while at anchor – adding comfort and the possibility to prepare food in the fresh air. The open version provides direct access to the sea – ideal for swimming, snorkeling, or simply enjoying the pleasures of the water.

Interior
The interior of Oceanis 47 has been carefully thought through in every small detail to create an elegant and calm atmosphere at sea. The saloon – the heart of the yacht – is designed to be a cozy place to spend time. Whether it is morning coffee or an evening with family and friends, the space feels made for it. Smartly chosen upholstery materials, weather-resistant fabrics, and ergonomic design ensure seating comfort. Light oak veneer finishes on the wooden surfaces add warmth and refined style to the saloon.
The interior can be personalized with three unique mood options:
- Sunset – a cozy and inviting interior in warm Mediterranean tones
- Pacific – freshness and lightness inspired by the tropics
- Ivory – a timelessly calm and elegant atmosphere
The yacht’s various interior layouts allow the space to be adapted to different lifestyles and uses. Owner version offers three spacious cabins and two shower rooms – spaciousness and comfort are the priority here. There is also a separate chart table, and the entire interior is finished with great care and attention to detail.
Even greater luxury is provided by the Elegance Pack, which adds refined touches to the interior: a solid Alpine wood table, an upholstered bed in the bow cabin, tinted glass mirrors, and pleated blinds create a warm and stylish atmosphere.

NEW! Oceanis 52
Naval architect: Roberto Biscontini
Interior design: Nauta Design
Deck design: Nauta Design
Exterior design
Oceanis 52 wins you over with its sleek stern and elegant silhouette, beautifully balanced with one another. The sharply defined chine adds a sporty and bold character, while the hull’s full beam extends to the stern, offering an exceptionally spacious cockpit – a hallmark of Biscontini-designed hulls. The result is a living space that is 30% larger than on the Oceanis 51.1 model – a new standard of comfort at sea.
Everything in the cockpit is designed for comfort and freedom of movement. Two C-shaped seating areas form a diamond-shaped space, making movement to the cabin and swimming platform natural and easy. Two adjustable tables make it an ideal place for lunch, cocktails, or sunbathing. The central seating area with a refrigerator and plancha grill makes every anchorage a special experience.
Under sail, the stern cockpit becomes an efficient maneuvering station, where the primary and secondary winches are clearly separated – this provides better visibility and keeps lines organized. A small step makes boarding safe. At the helm, the captain can confidently steer with the help of a 12-inch screen, which offers excellent visibility in all weather conditions.

Interior
The interior of Oceanis 52 is designed so that you feel as comfortable at sea as you do at home. Every detail supports a relaxing yet elegant atmosphere. A gently sloping staircase, a signature feature of Oceanis cruising yachts, leads into a light-filled saloon where the C-shaped galley blends naturally into the living space.
Next to the spacious refrigerator, a second one can also be installed so you can enjoy longer voyages without stopping at the marina. Corian countertops and smart storage spaces make cooking onboard comfortable and enjoyable. The thoughtful saloon layout creates ideal conditions for spending time together. High-quality upholstery and high-density foam seats provide real seating comfort. Finished moldings and sandblasted oak veneer create a warm and inviting atmosphere. In addition, the interior can be customized to suit your taste by choosing from different fabrics and color tones.
